Join Portland United for Change on Sunday, October 16th, from 1 – 4pm, at Portland Cà Phê Coffee Shop (2815 SE Holgate, Portland, OR 97202) to canvass our neighbors and talk with voters in Southeast Portland about Measure 26-228 to reform our city government.
