Join Portland United for Change and Hacienda Community Development Corp. on Sunday, October 9th, from 1 – 4pm, at Hacienda CDC’s office (6700 NE Killingsworth St, Portland, OR 97218) to canvass our neighbors in NE Portland and talk with voters about Measure 26-228 to reform our city government.
